About me: I’m Natalie Lee, FNP-C and founder of Charm Med Spa. With over 13 years of medical experience in women’s health, hospital care, and aesthetics, I bring both skill and compassion into every treatment I provide. My background as a nurse has instilled in me that safety is always the first priority, and I carry that same level of care into aesthetics. I have a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty with precision and attention to detail. My goal is never to change who you are, but to help you feel refreshed, confident, and comfortable in your own skin. The name Charm was inspired by my love for hummingbirds. A group of hummingbirds is called a “charm,” and to me, they symbolize energy, grace, and beauty—qualities I hope every client feels when they leave my care. At Charm Med Spa, my mission is simple: to provide safe, natural, and elegant enhancements that let your best self shine. Education: B.S. Biology - University of California, Irvine; B.S. Nursing - University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio; M.S. Nursing - Chamberlain University. Certifications: AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Nevada Licensed APRN.
